It totally depends.  In a hospital situation like this I&#039;d say most are uninformed that I will be there.  And it definitely takes a few days to find a groove, but honestly I rarely ever feel totally comfortable. In other situations there is much anticipation and joy about our arrival and that always makes it much easier.   But in almost every situation there is an element of what I call instant rapport, simply because I always accompany a team of people who are helping the community that I came to photograph. Are they informed that you will be passing through or do you just take the chance? </description>
