It’s nice to see an example of HDR used subtly and effectively. The HDR helps to bring out the repeated visual pattern between the row of people and the brush line in the foreground – revealing more of the detail in the brush shadow area.

Matt, did you get to fly in that old bird? That is a classic, a Douglas DC3 or C-47. You don’t see them much these days.
